Tabloids allege that the star has been seeing someone else and they have photos to back up the claim.
 
Is Carina Lau having an affair?
 
According to a Hong Kong tabloid, Carina Lau has been seeing businessman Jing Bai Fu behind hubby Tony Leung's back and tabloids even claimed to have intimate photos of the two.
 
Forty-year-old Jing is a renowned businessman behind China's Start Group with a net worth of over RMB10m (S$ 1.95m).
 
Carina apparently met Jing during an event in Qingdao last year and the two appeared to have gotten along well then.
 
In June this year, Carina was said to have been in Beijing to rendezvous with Jing when Tony was busy filming The Grand Master. The two was seen meeting up in a hotpot shop.
 
According to the tabloid, Tony claimed that he does not know who Jing is, although he was reportedly angered when he saw the intimate photos.
 
Carina has yet to respond to the report and her managing company refuses to comment either, citing privacy concerns. Tony, on the other hand, defended his wife.
 
"It's very common and normal socializing. Carina has my absolute trust."
